I signed a contract on 7/15/20 to get work done on two bathrooms and paid half the bill on same day. For the shower I requested a sliding door (noted on my contract) and with rain glass. Sales person informed me that I won’t be able to use my shower for one day while waiting for glass walls. My work was scheduled for 08/25 and 08/26. On 8/26 I was informed by M&M Glass that my walls will take 10-14 days to arrive because of the type of glass. I called to inform my EZ Baths production manager of the situation and he said he’d look into the possibility of moving faster. My EZ Baths workers requested I settled the remainder of the bill before they left on 8/26 and I did; checks were cashed on 9/1. I called EZ Baths on 9/11, 9/12, and 9/14 when no glass had arrived. No one returned my call till 9/15 when I was told M&M Glass was experiencing delays due to COVID and to expect a call from them the following week. I eventually got a call from M&M on 10/1 after 4 pm informing me (for the first time) of a scheduled install at 8 am there next morning. Changing my schedule, I worked from home on 10/2 on short notice after waiting >5 weeks for an installation. They installed a glass wall with a hinged door instead of a glass door. I also noticed, while discussing the error with the installer that my order was placed on 9/16; I had anticipated the order would have been placed on 8/26 after the measurement was taken.
