The sales process was a good experience at first. The lady walked me through everything including prices in detail. The only complaint was that when she came back to complete the sale, prices and add ons that I was made to think were free started increasing. After telling the lady that this was not quoted, she did make it right in the end. Installation is another subject. The workers were professional, but after waiting forever they realized it was the right size and had to reorder. This was aggravating because it was a special size that need to be made, which is why I went with them. This caused me to have to wait even longer after waiting a good 2 minths already.
