I love my new shower. It's so roomy! Love the non slip floors & the beautiful fixtures.made me go out & buy a new vanity to really spiff up my bathroom. Even painted it & putting in new flooring! Great job EZ Bath!!!
Shower installation
Pretty good. Good, hard workers. They did leave a couple of nicks in my floor, but, oh well!!! The shower came out nice. Just wish I had a door handle @ the front of my shower. Thank you EZ Baths!!

For the other 2 individuals who demolished the old bath, thank you for making a hard job look easy. From sales to the final product, each team member was fully invested, diligent, and patient in ensuring the job was done well. The installers were courteous and respectful. They did a great job.
Just ok
The crew doing the work legitimately strived to do a good job. An item was missing from one of three forms so did not get ordered, two other pieces arrived damaged, another was not delivered. Something that was discussed as vital did not make it into the forms, so caused a delay while I had to hire a drywall contractor out of pocket. These plus an unrelated accident means my project "finished" a full week from the original start date. I have a drainage issue and a small amount of damage in the next room over that will be fixed in the next few days. There is some floor fill work left for me to do, as the original wall thickness was not taken into account when the salesman specified the tub width. I liked the crew, but the sales pitch said there would be no subcontractors.
They DO stand by their product and work
My shower was installed in 2019. Recently because of a defect in a peice that was installed, I had to have them replace it.. James and Nathan came out and replaced it and James did a great job in returning and doing repairs on the area for me.. They stood by the warranty and were so nice and accomodating. I am extremely happy with the quality as well as the service of installation and the workmen that installed it. These people really do know how to treat their customers.
