Excellent Shower Conversion
From the design consultant Paul to the installer Jeremy (and his helper Caleb), we couldn't have asked for a better company to remove our old walk in shower and install the new one. We were kept informed every step of the way, the installation was wonderful, and the experience pleasant. Jeremy even took care of issues he discovered after removing the old shower installation, and made everything right prior to installing the new shower. We did notice a couple of small issues when we used the shower for the first time, but they were reported to customer service and are being handled as we knew they would be. Replace shower head hose
As always, the technicians are great Today was my first time to meet Damon and he was so courteous and solved the problem immediately I have been so satisfied with my experience with the company. Still feel well worth the expense.
Follow up service
Damon Anderson adjusted the shower door. Repaired a shelf and noticed additional caulking was needed. He communicated when he would be in Lafayette and arrived on time. He gave me his number in case I needed further assistance.

Damon Anderson came out to change the shower curtain rod and notice the drain cap was loose so fixed that too. Professional and polite and a job well done!
Excellent job
I had problems with tub for awhile and had multiple service people come out with no resolution! Damon Anderson came prepared with multiple parts and a determined outlook and a lot of patience! After 4 hours of nonstop effort he had my walk in tub running! Damon is the best!!!!!
EZ bath took out a tub/shower combo
EZ bath replaced a very old tub/shower combo with a much nicer & larger tub as well as gorgeous shower walls, shelves & new accessories. My daughter absolutely loves her new bathing/shower area & it looks beautiful! The crew was timely, professional & friendly & did everything I asked without complaint. The toilet back lid was broken during install & they replaced it that day with a brand new tank & lid! I would recommend EZ bath to anyone who would like to elevate their bathroom!!
Resealing and new caulk
I placed a service call for a shelf that fell and a caulking issue and when Damon Anderson scheduled his appointment he could not have been more professional. An excellent customer service experience. He came in went right to work and in no time everything was as good as new! Courteous and perfectly done job! Just one more reason to use EZbath!
