Limited Lifetime and Transferable Warranty Coverage
At EZ Baths, we provide a two-tier warranty structure for our residential and commercial clients. Both are protected from material product defects and depreciation, such as surface yellowing, bubbling, and cracking, but their scopes of coverage differ in that:
- Residential customers enjoy a limited lifetime warranty on all acrylic products for as long as they own the home in which their products were installed.
- Commercial/non-residential customers are warranted for five (5) years from the installation date.
Our warranty is also transferable up to two years from the installation date, but the terms and conditions of the agreement do not apply to damages resulting from the unpermitted use of the following:
- Unauthorized cleaning products
- Dyes, paints, inks, and certain cosmetic
- Abrasive pads
- Fingernail polish remover or other chemical solvents
- Cigarettes or other sources of extreme heat
