Responsibilities

  • Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and headset
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. On average you will complete over 100 calls a day
  • Build positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of our company
  • Assist customers in setting up appts from the showroom floor .
  • Follow our customer engagement strategy
  • Meet qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Previous experience in a customer support role/sales role strongly recommended
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable to different personality types.
  • Familiarity with CRM technology
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required
